Jacquelyne Jones is a Chicago-based actress who is returning to the Utah stage to reprise the role of Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, for which she recently won the Jeff Award for Best Performer in a Musical (Theo Ubique Theatre Company). Other Chicago credits include the recently closed The Spitfire Grill for which she earned a Jeff Award Nomination for Best Performer in a Musical, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Drury Lane Theatre), Shrek (Marriott Theatre), Legally Blonde (Paramount Theatre), Lizzie the Musical (Firebrand Theatre), Honky Tonk Angels (Theo Ubique Theatre Company), Company (Writers Theater), Heathers the Musical (Kokandy Productions), Mill Girls (American Theater Company), The Gilded Age (City Lit Theater) and Pericles (Chicago Shakespeare Theater), among others. Utah and other regional credits include leading roles in the national premiere of Zorro the Musical, Oliver!, A Christmas Carol (Hale Centre Theatre), the west coast tour of One Nation(American Heritage Orchestra) and Pump Boys and Dinettes (Timberlake Playhouse).
