IYKYK—but if you don’t, I’ll tell you. This bread is not too chewy. The crust does not try and break your teeth. It is artisan-style, elevated, GORG—but somehow comfort food all at the same time. This bread is perfectly sour—and not a skosh more. Pairs perfectly with butter, honey, jam. And if you make grilled cheese with it, you may have peaked in your culinary career. Plus, sourdough is good for your gut, and slims your butt!
